About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and confidentClinical Coordinatorto provide clinical leadership and support within our residential aged care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior nurse who is passionate about quality care, teamwork, and resident wellbeing.

n

Location:

Located on the beautiful Capricorn Coast close to Rockhampton and Yeppoon, Bolton Clarke's Sunset Ridge provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable environment.

n

Keyaccountabilities:

n

n
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff
n
- Develop care plans in consultation with the resident, family/carer and other members of the care team
n
- Promote a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experiences of residents
n
- Maintain an information system that supports and enhances the provision ofaccuratedocumentation
n

n

To be successful, you will have

n

Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA

n

Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse

n

Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and ACFI

n

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

n

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff

n

Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth

n

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport,



Birth Certificate etc)

n

Complete a police checkand or a NDIS Workers Check(or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement

n
