About the Role

n

As our Air Conditioning Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the HVAC Service Department while ensuring exceptional service delivery, safety, compliance and profitability.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage and lead a team of HVAC technicians and apprentices.
n
- Schedule preventative maintenance, breakdowns and project works.
n
- Oversee service delivery across commercial, education, government and industrial clients.
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Australian Standards and company procedures.
n
- Provide technical support and mentoring to field technicians.
n
- Prepare quotations, maintenance proposals and service reports.
n
- Monitor KPIs, productivity and service performance.
n
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for additional works.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors where required.
n
- Ensure accurate job costing, invoicing and completion through AroFlo or similar management software.
n
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
n

Current NSW Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Licence/Qualified Supervisor Certificate (or equivalent relevant licence).

n

Current Australian Driver Licence.

n

Demonstrated experience managing HVAC service teams.

n

Robust fault-finding and technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.

n

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

n

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

n

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

n

Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and job management software.

n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Electrical Licence (Restricted or Unrestricted).
n
- Experience using AroFlo.
n
- Experience managing Department of Education, Government or Commercial maintenance contracts.
n
- First Aid Certificate.
n
- Working at Heights.
n
- EWP Licence.
n
- White Card.
n
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).
n
