- Roster: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season

- Hours: 6:30am-2:45pm

Protech is seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to join our valued client, Incitec Pivot Fertilisers, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role after 6 months.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise daily site operations, including product receipt, blending, and dispatch
n
- Lead and support team members, seasonal staff, and contractors
n
- Maintain a strong safety-first culture
n




- Coordinate dispatch to ensure accurate and timely customer orders
n
- Work with maintenance teams to optimise plant reliability and minimise downtime
n
- Provide hands-on operational support including plant and equipment operation
n
- Maintain site housekeeping and environmental standards
n
- Assist with shipping and vessel activities when required
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in a supervisory or leading hand role (operations, logistics, or manufacturing)
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Hands-on, proactive approach
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- Ability to plan, organise, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
n
- Basic computer skills (SAP or D365 experience desirable)
n
