About You

n

You will enjoy leading by example and creating positive outcomes for children and your team. Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nominated Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
n
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be working towards a Diploma).
n
- A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
n
- Strong communication and relationship‐building skills with children, families, and educators.
n
