About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Business Services. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Vistra North Sydney and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Business Services team and its' growth. Are You a Natural Strategic Thinker with a Desire to Manage Diverse Client Portfolios?

n

We're looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented professional to join our Business Services team. In this professional services role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier service delivery to our clients, and drive team performance through effective workflow management and smart delegation. You'll also play a key role in developing talent—mentoring and coaching junior team members both locally and offshore. Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the operational responsibilities of a Business Services team to deliver high quality services to clients.
n
- Produce, review, and manage the delivery of client advice and outputs.
n
- Prioritise, delegate and review tax compliance assignments including the annual financial statements, tax returns, activity statements, FBT, ESS and other tax compliance requirements.
n
- Provide high quality tax service and advice to clients and manage relationships with clients.
n




- Continuously building and maintaining strong relationship with both Australian-based and international-based stakeholders.
n
- Liaise with third parties including ATO, ASIC and client advisors.
n

n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance; and CA or CPA Qualified (required).
n
- Big 4 or mid-tier experience.
n
- Have a minimum of 7 years business services experience (or related).
n
- Minimum 3 years of staff and team management experience and client relationship management.
n
- Preparation and analysis of complex management accounting reports.
n
- Experience in Tax advisory/research skills.
n
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
n
- Experience with APS, XPM and SharePoint.
n
