We are seekingan experienced, reliable, and motivatedFleet Allocator / LeadingHandto join ourtransport operations team.

This is anexcellent opportunity foran experienced forkliftoperator or truckdriver looking toprogress into atransport coordinationand leadership role.

Hours

Monday to Friday

n

10:00am startuntil end ofday (typically around6:00pm)

n

Overtime available andrequired during busyperiods

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Allocate and coordinatefleet operations acrossMetro Victoria.
n
- Sort and allocatedaily driver runs.
n
- Organise linehaul movementsto ensure sufficienttransport capacity.
n
- Monitor and coordinatetruck servicing andmaintenance schedules.
n
- Manage CHEP andLOSCAM pallet control.
n
- Check driver runsheetsfor accuracy andcompletion.
n
- Assist with loadingand warehouse operationsasrequired.
n
- Support the day-to-day runningof the transportoperation as aLeading Hand.
n
- Minimum5 years' experiencein the transportindustry, including linehaulloading.
n
- Sound knowledge ofload restraint requirementsand vehicle weightcapacities.
n




- Excellent communicationand organisationalskills.
n
- Reliable, punctual, andable to workwell under pressure.
n
- Solid problem-solvingskills with theability to prioritisetasks in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Experience usingTransvirtualtransport management software.
n
- Truck Licence (HRorHC preferred).
n
- Sound knowledge of the Melbourne metropolitanroad network.
n
- A positive attitudewith a willingnessto learn andtake on additionalresponsibility.
