Our Client is a leading, Brisbane-based, Managed Service Provider is an IT consulting company specialising in enterprise networking and cyber security services. They are undergoing growth and expanding its capability across multiple teams.

About the Role

n

An experienced Technical Test Analyst is required to support a large-scale ICT Infrastructure program focused on networks, messaging, and voice/telephony systems.

n

You'll work closely with infrastructure engineers, solution architects, and project managers to ensure complex network infrastructure, messaging platforms, and telephony systems are thoroughly tested, secure, and ready for deployment.

n

This role is ideal for someone experienced in testing infrastructures, networks as well as applications

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Review and analyse complex ICT infrastructure functional and non-functional requirements across network, messaging, and telephony domains.
n
- Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.
n
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and compliance.
n
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and technical presentations.
n




- Produce test summary reports, defect logs, and quality assurance documentation.
n
- Maintain and report work products in JIRA/Zephyr.
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Proven testing experience across ICT infrastructure, networking and applications
n
- Exposure to messaging and telephone systems
n
- Strong experience with JIRA and Zephyr test management tools.
n
- Experience working within the Health sector either directly or indirectly with hospitals and health related technologies
n
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) and/or Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst (CTAL-TTA).
n
- Experience in large-scale government or health-sector ICT programs.
n
- Robust collaboration skills across multidisciplinary technical teams.
n
