We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team in Brisbane and Toowoomba.

What makes a great Disability Support Worker?

- Passionate about supporting people with disability (mental health)
n
- A deep understanding of mental health challenges
n
- Effective communicator and solid interpersonal skills
n
- Reliable and punctual
n
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
n

What you need:

n

n
- At least One year experience supporting mental disorder participants
n
- Driver's License and reliable fully insured vehicle
n
- Cert 3 in Disability/Aged Care is an advantage
n

n

We have Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access Support (CAS) participants across QLD and preference will be given to Support Workers who are willing to travel.
