Location: Erskine Park, NSW
n Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
n Pay Rate: $33.85 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Computer Refurbishment Technician to join our refurbishment team based in Erskine Park. This is a hands‐on role working with laptops and desktop computers, ensuring each device is fully refurbished, tested, cleaned, and ready for deployment or resale.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Refurbish laptops and desktop computers to company quality standards.
n
- Securely wipe data from devices following company procedures.
n
- Install and configure Windows operating systems based on the make and model of each device.
n
- Diagnose and test hardware to ensure all components are fully functional, including:n n
- LCD screens
n
- Speakers
n
- Microphones
n
- Charging ports and power functionality
n
- Keyboards and touchpads
n
- Webcams and other built‐in components
n

n
- Inspect and test chargers and all accessories supplied with each device.
n
- Identify faults and determine whether repairs or part replacements are required.
n
- Thoroughly clean laptops, computers, and accessories before packaging.
n
- Pack completed devices safely and accurately for dispatch.
n
- Maintain accurate records of completed work.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n




- Previous experience as a Computer Technician, IT Technician, Repair Technician, or Computer Refurbishment Technician is highly regarded.
n
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
n
- Ability to diagnose hardware faults and carry out testing procedures.
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Positive organisational and time management skills.
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
n
- Full working rights in Australia.
n
- Current National Police Check (or the ability to obtain one before commencing employment).
n
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
n
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment when required.
n
