Job Description
The Opportunity Our client is an Australian owned Property Developer, currently delivering a landmark master-planned community that will grow significantly over the next 5–10 years. This is a large-scale, long-term project set in a beautiful coastal location – the kind of development that genuinely transforms a region. A key point of difference for this community is a golf course and clubhouse, which serves as both a lifestyle asset for residents and a commercial and social hub for the wider local area. This newly created role sits at the heart of it all.
n
About the Role

This is a genuinely unique position that spans two connected operations: a growing residential community and a golf club. You will be the face of the community – building relationships, creating connection, and driving both engagement and commercial outcomes.

n
- Keep both on-site and remote buyers informed and connected with regular updates
n
- Support the marketing team with social media content that brings community life to life for prospective buyers
n
- Work closely with the Club Manager to grow participation and revenue across bar, restaurant, and function facilities
n
- Plan and execute commercially focused events to drive food, beverage, and golf-related sales
n
- Identify and secure sponsorships – event partnerships,
and corporate golf days
n
- Help position the club as a social destination for both residents and the broader community
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
Essential:
n
n
- Demonstrated experience in resident, community, or local engagement
n
- Proven event management skills – from planning through to execution
n
- Energetic, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about people and community
n
- Equally comfortable with recent residents, retirees, golfers, and corporate guests
n
- Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities across two distinct operations
n
- Available to work on-site at the project location (some remote flexibility applies)
n
n
Highly regarded:
n
n
- Background in community or village management – retirement living, master-planned estates, or similar
n
- Experience working in or alongside hospitality, golf, or club environments
n
- Social media and/or creative marketing skills
n
- Sponsorship, partnerships, or stakeholder relationship experience
n
n
Why This Role?
n
n
- Be part of something meaningful – help build a thriving community from the ground up
n
- Genuine variety – no two days the same across events, engagement, club operations, and marketing
n
- Long-term stability – this role is critical to the project for years to come and is earmarked to continue growing
n
- Join a passionate leadership team with a bold, long-term vision for the community
n
- Australian owned and operated – a developer that genuinely cares about what they build
