We are currently seeking passionate educators to work in the OSHC program in a specialist school setting. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.

About Your New Role

In this rewarding role, you'll provide both individualised and group-based support for children and young people with complex disability needs in a specialist school setting. With a high staff-to-student ratio, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver individualised support while always ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
n
- Contribute to engaging programs using industry-leading planning tools.
n
- Assist the Program Manager with preparation, set up/pack up, and food preparation.
n
- Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play.
n
- Build positive, caring relationships with children, families, and staff
n
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
- Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding and quality
n
- Available to work Monday – Friday, 2:30PM – 6:00PM
n
- Employee Working with Children's Check valid in Victoria
n
- Valid First Aid Certificate including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
n
