NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED LOADER AND EXCAVATOR OPERATOR – QUARRY OPERATIONS

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Loader and Excavator Operator to join our team at our busy quarry operation at Glenmore. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a quarry environment and a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Operate front-end loaders and excavator to move, load, and stockpile materials
n
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
n
- Work closely with the plant and pit teams to ensure smooth production flow
n
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
n
- Follow all site-specific safety policies and procedures
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Must have experience operating loaders and excavators in a quarry or similar aggregate environment.
n
- Minimum 1-2 years of loader and excavator operating experience required
n




- Strong understanding of material handling and quarry production processes
n
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment
n
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well with others
n
- Valid operator certifications/tickets preferred
n
- Current loader operator or excavator operator certifications must be held at time of application
n
- Must have legal right to work in Australia
n
