What You'll Do:

n

Deliver contemporary,



evidence-based clinical care within your RN scope.

n

Collaborate and build solid relationships with our team of doctors and healthcare professionals.

n

Supervise and support our clinical and care teams, ensuring care aligns with our values

n

Conduct clinical assessments and develop individual care plans with our residents

n

Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

About You:

n

Compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Skilled in assessing and responding to residents' needs.

Mandatory Employment Prerequisites:

n

Minimum experience of 12 months full time working in Residential Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.

n

Current AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse without restrictions.

n

Current Police Check
