We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with solid joinery industry knowledge and proven project delivery experience to join our high-performing team. This role is responsible for delivering safe, profitable and high-quality joinery projects from concept through to installation, handover and final completion.

The Role
n
You will oversee multiple joinery projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing client relationships, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Manage multiple joinery installation projects simultaneously
n
- Coordinate labour resources and subcontractors
n
- Set Project Plans and manage project programmes to client expectations
n
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance
n
- Maintain industry-leading quality and safety standards
n
- Liaise with clients, builders, and key stakeholders
n
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams
n
n
About You
n
n
- Demonstrated joinery project management experience
n
- Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing, installation processes and industry constraints
n
- Proven track record delivering commercial joinery projects ranging from $50K to $1M+
n
- Trade qualification in Engineering, Cabinet Making, Shopfitting, Carpentry, Machining or related construction discipline
n
- Strong project financial management and reporting skills
n
- Experience managing client expectations and project stakeholders
n
- Sound understanding of tendering, cost planning, and project delivery
n
- Proficiency with Innergy or similar software
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
