We're seeking a driven and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team and take charge of delivering excellence across our commercial cleaning contracts. This is a hands-on leadership position, perfect for someone who thrives in rapid-paced environments and enjoys both coordinating teams and rolling up their sleeves when needed.

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with management to plan, lead, and problem-solve across multiple client sites, ensuring high standards, safety, and efficiency. You'll also step in operationally during periods of leave or high demand - your leadership will directly shape the experience of our clients and staff alike.

What You'll Do

- Lead and supervise day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple commercial sites
n
- Train, motivate, and support team members to perform to a high standard
n
- Support management with planning, problem-solving, and best-practice implementation
n
- Maintain exceptional WHSE standards and embed safety-first culture in all activities
n
- Respond promptly to client feedback, concerns, or issues to ensure satisfaction
n




- Deliver services within budget while meeting or exceeding KPIs
n
- Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox meetings to uphold standards and engagement
n
- Be ready to step in operationally when needed, including covering sick or annual leave
n

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience as a hands-on leader in the commercial cleaning sector
n
- Strong knowledge of workplace health, safety and environmental (WHSE) regulations
n
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision‐making skills
n
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, with a focus on quality and service
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
n
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights in Australia
