WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

n

We are seeking an experienced Accountant, on part-time flexible hours (between 12 - 20 hours per week), school-friendly hours, to be part of our small but busy Finance department working at our head office in Keysborough.

n

THE ROLE:

n

Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Preparing monthly accounts and general ledger reconciliations
n
- Producing financial reports and variance analysis
n
- Back-up to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and purchasing
n
- Other ad hoc duties as required
n

n

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

n

n




- At least three years' accounting or finance experience
n
- Strong understanding of month-end accounting, journals and reconciliations
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- The ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
n

n

This is a adaptable, part-time position of approximately 12-20 hours per week, working solely at our office, with school-friendly hours.
