About The Role

n

As a Gym and Fitness Coordinator, you will be responsible for inspiring the team and leading the club to success. Your role will see you use your people leadership skills, financial acumen,



analytical capability, and management expertise to oversee all aspects of the club's gym and fitness activities. You will be required to showcase your leading interpersonal, communication, and sales skills to drive a successful team to deliver an exceptional member experience.

In this varied and flexible role, classified as Senior General Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people.

In This Role You Will

n

- Manage sales budgets and analyse results to determine proactive strategies for improvement
n
- Lead the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns
n
- Coordinate day-to-day gym operations, including assisting reception desk services and administration
n
- Drive membership lead generation, sales and retention activities
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with members
