Job Description

Nurse Next Door Home Care Services Hobart West is seeking a Registered or Enrolled Nurse to deliver compassionate, in-home nursing care across the day and night. You will follow care plans created by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse) and perform nursing assessments while maintaining accurate records.

Applicants must hold AHPRA registration, CPR/First Aid, a National Police Check for Aged Care, a valid driver's license, and NDIS checks/orientation as required.
