Dental Receptionist - Join our friendly professional Team!

Smile Design Orthodontics is a well established specialist orthodontic practice with three modern clinics located in the Sutherland Shire and St George areas. We are committed to providing the highest standard of patient care in a friendly and professional environment.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Receptionist to join our team.

n

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday only (no weekends), with two rostered days off per month.

n

The role includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, providing excellent customer service,



and assisting with the day to day running of our busy practice as part of a supportive and professional team.

n

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and telephone skills, a friendly and professional manner, solid customer service, organisational and computer skills. Dental or orthodontic experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
