The Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Trust Account Manager to oversee both Sales and Rental trust accounting operations.

n

This is a key role within our business, responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day trust account management across multiple offices.

n

You will be working within a structured environment with established systems and workflows, supported by a skilled and collaborative team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage daily trust account operations across sales and property management
n
- Process receipting, disbursements, and reconciliations
n
- Handle contract deposits, settlements, and EOM procedures
n
- Maintain compliance with all trust accounting legislation and audit requirements
n




- Liaise with agents, solicitors, and internal stakeholders
n
- Ensure accuracy across all financial records and reporting
n
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience in real estate trust accounting (sales and/or rentals)
n
- Strong understanding of trust accounting compliance and legislation
n
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
n
- Experience with systems such as PropertyMe, Console, Vault or similar
n
