Role Overview

As a Manager in Training, you'll step into a fully-fledged leadership role from day one - immersing yourself in the day-to-day of running a store, leading a team, and creating experiences that matter. This is your opportunity to shape culture, inspire others, and build the foundation for your next chapter as a Store Manager.

You'll learn by doing, supported by our team and guided by our values, with a clear path toward taking the reins of your own store in the near future.

What You'll Do

- Lead and inspire your team to deliver warm, welcoming, and meaningful customer moments

- Drive results across service, sales, store presentation and operational excellence

- Build a strong,



values-led team culture rooted in collaboration, accountability and connection

- Support day-to-day operations including rostering, stock flow, and visual merchandising
n
- Develop your leadership capability through on-the-ground coaching, feedback and growth conversations

- Champion our brand, values, and purpose every day in-store
