Alchemy is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to support our internal marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to build their marketing career in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will assist in executing marketing activities that strengthen internal communications, promote company initiatives, and support brand consistency across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is immediately available and based in the Brisbane area.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing internal marketing campaigns and employee engagement initiatives
n
- Create and update marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and internal communications
n
- Develop engaging content for internal digital platforms, including intranet and email communications
n
- Support the coordination of company events, campaigns, and staff engagement activities
n
- Ensure all marketing materials align with Alchemy's brand guidelines
n
- Assist with basic graphic design, social media content (where applicable), and digital marketing tasks
n
- Conduct research on marketing trends and recommend ideas to improve employee engagement
n
- Maintain marketing assets and organize marketing documentation
n
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
n
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
n
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
n
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
n
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
n
- Experience using Canva or similar design software
n
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing or communications.
