About the Role

n

Step into a Project Engineer role with a direct pathway to Project Management. You'll lead project engineering activities across major civil infrastructure projects, working closely with a collaborative, high-performing team across Greater Brisbane.

Duties

n

n
- Lead end-to-end site engineering to deliver civil projects safely and on time
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, resources, and short-term programming
n
- Manage design interpretation and resolve technical issues on site
n
- Oversee QA, compliance, and site documentation
n
- Mentor junior engineers and manage client/stakeholder relationships
n

Skills & Experience

n

n




- Proven experience as a Project or Senior Site Engineer in civil construction
n
- Delivered major civil projects - roads, subdivisions, earthworks, drainage
n
- Strong technical capability with QA, safety, and commercial awareness
n
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline
n
- Confident communicator with clients, consultants, and site teams
n
