Job Description

CSBS on the Gold Coast is seeking compassionate Support Workers to provide one-to-one supports to two men with complex mental health and disability needs across two homes. You'll help with daily living, community access, and wellbeing goals, following plans and Positive Behaviour Support strategies.

This hands-on role includes day, afternoon and sleepover shifts, weekend work, with a solid emphasis on dignity, respect, and teamwork.
