Job Description
Towill Design Group – Fortitude Valley QLD
n
Our practice is stakeholder-driven, curious by nature, and committed to creating meaningful, people-centered designs for school environments. This is a varied, hands‐on position that combines accounts, administration and creative support. You'll play a key role in keeping our studio running efficiently—managing financial administration, improving office systems, coordinating business operations, and assisting with proposals, submissions and communications.

Key Responsibilities
n
Accounts
n
Process accounts payable and receivable.
n
Prepare invoices and follow up outstanding payments.
n
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, supplier statements and expense claims.
n
Assist with payroll and month‐end/year‐end financial processes.
n
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
n
Administration & Office Operations
n
Support the day‐to‐day operations of the practice.
n
Maintain organised filing systems, business records and document control.
n
Coordinate meetings, travel and office logistics.
n
Manage office supplies and supplier relationships.
n
Assist with reporting, data entry and general administration.
n
Support ISO 9001 Quality Management accreditation and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Help improve workflows, systems and processes that enable our team to do their best work.
n
Creative & Business Support
n
Prepare proposals,
tender submissions and business presentations.
n
Produce professional correspondence and reports.
n
Assist with social media coordination and studio communications.
n
About You
n
You're organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working across a variety of tasks. You take initiative, communicate well and enjoy supporting people in a collaborative creative environment.
n
You'll bring:
n
Experience in accounts and office administration.
n
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
n
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop and InDesign) is desirable.
n
Professionalism, discretion and a positive, proactive approach.
n
