About the role

n

Leading the site team in all areas of Food safety and quality management, ensuring the site remains compliant with regulatory, certification/customer standards and internal policies.

n

Developing and enforcing quality standards and procedures, ensuring all team members follow them.

n

Working closely with maintenance team, and operations teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into the product lifecycle.

n

Overseeing the planning and execution of audits, inspections, and tests to evaluate product quality.

n

Developing and maintaining quality documentation, including test plans, reports, and defect tracking records.





n

Establishing and maintaining a strong communication channel with other departments to ensure quality expectations are met throughout the production process.

n

Act as the primary technical quality point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers and third party inspections.

n

Conducting root cause analysis of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

n

Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs on food safety, QA and GMP.

n

Coordinating the QA/QC testing, checks and verification activities.

n

Promote, drive a culture of quality, accountability, contributing to continuous improvement of food safety and quality strategy and policy.

n

We are looking for someone who's experienced in the industry and has strong leadership skills to guide the QA team in maintaining high food safety compliance and standards.
