Inthis role, you'll:

- Lead &Inspire; – Take charge of a dynamic team, guiding themtowards success with your expertise and passion.

- Mentor& Develop – Train and support new and existingcoaches, fostering a positive and professional coachingenvironment.
n
- Growthe Program – Design, deliver, and promote engaginggymnastics programs that boost participation and keep athletescoming back.
n
- DriveSuccess – Play a key role in marketing, promotions,and membership growth while ensuring the financial success ofthe program.

Weare looking for someone with a strong coachingbackground (minimum Intermediate Coaching accreditation)who is eager to take their next career step in a leadershipposition.

AboutYou

- Hold anIntermediate Coaching accreditation (or higher) and technicalmembership with Gymnastics Australia/GymnasticsQueensland
n
- Hold aGymnastics Australia 'Supervisor Certificate'
n
- Experience inthe leadership and management of a Gymnastics/Gymsports Program(nice to have)
n
- Showcase yourexpertise in working with children, young adults, specialneeds, and socially challenged groups through sports andexercise.
n
- Current FirstAid and CPR certificate
n
