Job Description

Global Talent Strategies is seeking a part time Recruiter to join a high-end executive search and retained recruitment firm, with remote/hybrid flexibility and potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

The role involves sourcing, outreach, and marketing in Mining, Water, and Oil & Gas sectors, with initial hours 3 days/week (10am–5pm) and base pay in the $35,000–$45,000 AUD range plus bonuses, and an OTE around $100,000 AUD.
