Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ years

Must Have Skills:

- Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, business process
n

n

validation, and acceptance criteria.

n

n
- Proficient in test case design, traceability to business
n

n

requirements, and defect lifecycle management.

n

n




- Excellent stakeholder management and communication—able to align
n

n

business, product, and engineering.

n

n
- Ability to plan and run structured UAT cycles under tight
n

n

timelines, with transparent status reporting.

n

n
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps
n

n

Work Items and Boards

n

n
- Familiarity with test automation strategies for CX and
n

n

performance/volume testing for calls.

n

n
- Experience with contact center platforms (Contact Centre (CCaaS)
n

n

and Copilot Service Workspace (CSW)) and telephony concepts (IVR)Nice to Have Skills:

- Prior experience in insurance domain is a plus.
