Job Description

Join a large-scale transformation program and play a key role in driving change across a complex, people-focused healthcare organisation. We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a Workforce Management (WFM) Replacement Project, which will impact approximately 9,000-10,000 employees. This is a high-impact role where you will shape how change is delivered, adopted, and embedded across the organisation.

As a Change Manager, you will lead end-to-end change activities supporting the implementation of a new workforce management platform. You will work closely with business leaders, HR, payroll, and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition, strong stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of new processes and systems.

- Develop and deliver the change management strategy and plan for the WFM transformation
n
- Conduct impact assessments across business units, processes, and roles
n
- Drive stakeholder engagement across a diverse and distributed workforce
n
- Design and execute communication and engagement plans
n
- Support business readiness activities,



including training alignment and adoption tracking
n
- Partner with project teams to ensure change is integrated across all delivery streams
n
- Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance
n
- Measure and report on change effectiveness and adoption outcomes
n

Profile

n

A successful Change Manager should have:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Change Manager in large-scale transformation programs
n
- Solid experience in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management system implementations
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage change across complex, multi-site organisations
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
n
- Experience delivering communications, training alignment, and adoption strategies
n
- Familiarity with structured change frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
n
