Our client is seeking a Commercial Building Surveyor / Building Regulations Consultant to join their expanding national team. Based in QLD, you'll manage certification and compliance projects, liaise with the NSW office, and play a key role in upcoming commercial developments. Duties

- Deliver building certification and regulations consultancy
n
- Ensure compliance with BCA and relevant legislation
n
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and NSW project teams
n
- Provide technical guidance and prepare reports
n
- Manage projects independently while meeting deadlines
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- QLD Building Surveyor Licence (Level 1 or 2)
n
- Strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia & legislation
n
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to work independently and from home
n
- QLD driver's licence; flexibility to liaise with NSW team
n
