Job Description

The Royal Melbourne Hospital in Parkville is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Community Care Unit (20 beds) and Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) services.

You will provide operational, clinical and strategic leadership across both services, partnering with Lead Consultant Psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver recovery-oriented mental health care and continuous service improvement.
