The Role

n

We are looking for a Conveyancer with at least 2 years' conveyancing experience to run their own portfolio of purchase, sale and seller disclosure matters end-to-end. The legal aspects of your work are overseen by our Principal Solicitor.

By joining Impact Legal, you will be stepping into a forward-thinking firm using modern technology and seeking to scale. Experience beyond residential conveyancing is a bonus. We will actively assist with upskilling you and give you exposure to further legal work beyond conveyancing, if you are interested in expanding your expertise.

Reviewing, drafting, sending and facilitating contracts, conditions and critical dates.

n

Preparing and lodging documents electronically through PEXA, and, where required, paper lodgement and settlement attendances.

n

Keeping clients informed and up to date in plain English.

n

Working with the Principal Solicitor on any legal issues.

n

Keeping all stakeholders informed and up to date.

n

Skills and Experience

n





2+ years' residential conveyancing experience (Qld)

n

Confident running files independently end-to-end.

n

Proficient with PEXA.

n

Working knowledge of Queensland seller disclosure regime, and REIQ contracts.

n

Experience with conveyancing/practice management software.

n

Organised and deadline driven.

n

A warm qualified communicator.

n
