Our client is a growing property business seeking a proactive and commercially minded Retail Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio and play a key role across property operations, tenant relationships and financial performance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a diverse commercial property portfolio
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders
n
- Coordinate maintenance, contractors, repairs and capital works
n
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure assets remain compliant
n
- Manage budgets, forecasts, expenditure, rent collection and arrears
n
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable and lease administration
n
- Support leasing, renewals, negotiations and property marketing
n
- Manage tenant fit-outs, move-ins and move-outs
n
- Oversee compliance, insurance and risk management requirements
n
- Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a commercially focused Property Manager who can hit the ground running and confidently manage the full property management function.

n

You'll ideally have:

- Commercial property management experience
n
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
n
- Excellent tenant and stakeholder management capabilities
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
