CTA Create Train Achieve is on the hunt for a highly skilled and motivated High Risk Work Trainer to join our Hallam team on a casual basis. If you hold the tickets, have the industry background, and love delivering training that genuinely keeps people safe, this role was built for you.

In this role you will be delivering high-impact, compliance-driven training across Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, and Confined Spaces to learners across a range of industries. What You Will Be Delivering

n

- Forklift and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licensing training and assessment
n
- Working at Heights and Confined Spaces training
n
- High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) assessments in line with regulatory requirements
n
- Practical, scenario-based learning grounded in current industry standards
n
- Accurate training records and compliance documentation
n

What You Bring

n

n
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential,



applications without this qualification will not be considered)
n
- Must be WorkSafe Approved (essential, applications without this approval will not be considered)
n
- Current and relevant High Risk Work Licences, Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, and/or Confined Spaces
n
- Solid industry background in one or more of the relevant high risk work categories
n
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse learners
n
- A safety-first mindset and thorough understanding of workplace compliance requirements
n
