As we continue to build on Biànca's reputation, we're seeking an experienced and confident Food & Beverage Manager to join the leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading front-of-house and beverage operations, maintaining high service standards and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all service periods. Working closely with senior venue leadership, the Food & Beverage Manager plays a key role in supporting team performance, operational efficiency and overall venue standards.

With a strong presence on the floor, you will lead by example throughout service while contributing to staff development, compliance, stock oversight and the ongoing refinement of service operations. What's In

Role Responsibilities

- Oversee daily floor and beverage operations across service periods
n
- Lead and support front-of-house team performance during service
n
- Maintain smooth service flow and high operational standards
n
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of team members
n
- Assist with rostering, labour management and service coordination
n
- Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness and ambience standards
n
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
n
- Support stock control, ordering and supplier management
n
- Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety and venue procedures
n
- Contribute to a positive, professional and high-performing team culture
n

Skills & Experience

- Previous leadership experience within a premium hospitality venue

- Solid food, beverage and wine knowledge
n
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop teams
n
- Calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- High attention to detail and operational awareness

- Understanding of labour, stock and service performance
