About the Role

n

As an Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care within a residential aged care facility. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams,



you will support residents' physical, emotional, and clinical needs while ensuring care is delivered in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to residents
n
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans
n
- Administer medications and evaluate resident outcomes
n
- Manage wound care, chronic disease management, and clinical reviews
n
- Recognise and respond to changes in resident condition
n
- Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, residents, and families to achieve optimal care outcomes
n

What you'll need

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse Division 1)
n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience (aged care experience highly regarded)
n
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred aged care
