Job Description

Jay Jays Beenleigh is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team with energy and a passion for denim fashion. You'll drive sales, coach staff, manage stock, and ensure the customer experience stays authentic and fun.

You'll schedule rosters, maintain visual merchandising from briefs, monitor KPIs, and create a safe, engaging workplace for customers and crew. This full-time role requires weekend, late-night, and public holiday availability.
