Do you adore fashion, have a great sense of style and love talking to people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join the team at Ritz of Rosanna! This is a casual position based in Rosanna, VIC 3084 in our ladieswear boutique. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in our fashion store, dealing with customers of all ages, shapes and sizes! This position is fundamental to creating a welcoming shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst supporting our store's commercial objectives.

What you'll be doing

n

Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with product enquiries and recommendations

n

Processing sales transactions accurately using the till system and payment methods

n

Maintaining product displays and ensuring the store is clean, organised and visually appealing

n

Assisting customers at the fitting rooms and giving styling advice

n

Handling customer queries professionally and courteously

n

Unpacking new stock, steaming clothing, and merchandising new arrivals

n

Supporting promotional activities and communicating special offers to customers

n

Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets

n

Adhering to company policies, procedures and health and safety standards

n

What we're looking for

n

Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to help customers

n

Strong communication abilities and a friendly and professional manner

n

Reliability and punctuality, with availability on Saturdays and some weekday hours during school holidays

n





A genuine love of fashion and confidence with styling customers

n

Basic numeracy skills and comfort with handling cash and card payments

n

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

n

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift stock as needed

n

Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of presentation

n

Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
