Customer Experience and Administration Manager

Pure Zone is a fast‐growing Australian Owned and Operated eCommerce brand specialising in premium home and lifestyle products. We're a close‐knit team that takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for an all‐rounder Customer Experience & Administration Manager to help us do that even better.

About the Role

n

This is a senior, hands‐on role that sits at the heart of our business. You'll be responsible for the end‐to‐end customer experience – from first enquiry through to post‐purchase resolution – whilst also keeping the day‐to‐day administration of the business running smoothly. It's a varied, quick‐paced role suited to someone who is equally comfortable dealing with customers and managing backend systems and administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing and overseeing all general customer enquiries across email and all online platforms promptly and professionally
n
- Providing post‐purchase support and building genuine customer relationships
n
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting smooth day‐to‐day administration
n
- Handling all order‐related enquiries and customer returns in a timely manner
n
- Managing inventory records and coordinating with internal systems (Shopify, Cin7; Core experience is highly regarded)
n




- Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
n

About You

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in a customer service, customer experience, or administration role with customer facing experience
n
- Comfortable working in an eCommerce environment – experience with an eCommerce and Retail environment is highly regarded
n
- Confident handling situations with professionalism
n
- Highly organised, detail‐orientated skill set
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
n
- Self‐motivated and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
n
- A genuine team player who takes pride in doing things well
n
- Previous Retail experience is preferable
n
- Loves working autonomously as well as being part of a growing team
n
