Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experienced Sales and Marketing Manager.

n

The role will be responsible for overseeing the effective execution of all marketing/sales initiatives and targets – and ensuring overall brand objectives are met.

n

The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include:

n

n
- Overseeing the full sales cycle for the allocated region
n
- Manage the team to achieve overall sales targets, as well as focused KPIs
n
- Communicate, present, influence credibly and effectively at all levels
n
- Prepare and provide accurate monthly reports and forecasts for revenue and sales to upper management
n
- Unlock new users of products
n
- Oversee team to ensure attraction of new customers and partners while retaining existing customers and partners
n
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor status
n




- Overseeing activities of marketing team to generate increased interest and knowledge of brand across the region
n

Experience and skills required:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years relevant experience, or 5 years relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree
n
- Extensive experience in direct, complex, solution led selling
n
- Experience with managing process of lead generation
n
- Experience working with decision makers and closing deals
n
- Clear experience involving achievement of ambitious targets and growth
n
- Willingness to travel
n
- Commercially minded with a proven track record of sales growth
n
- Robust ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
n
- Outstanding influencing skills
n

Salary - Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $90,000-$120,000
