We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor (6+ Years PAE) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable practitioner who enjoys managing complex family law matters and contributing to the ongoing success of a respected boutique firm.

About the Role

n

You will have carriage of a diverse and interesting family law practice while working closely with an experienced and supportive team.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Managing your own family law matters from commencement through to resolution.
n




- Advising clients on complex parenting, property and financial matters.
n
- Conducting negotiations, mediations and court appearances.
n
- Providing strategic, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
n

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Admission as a legal practitioner in Western Australia.
n
- A minimum of 6 years' post-admission experience, with experience in Family Law.
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
n
- Experience using Actionstep is advantageous but not essential.
n
