Job Description
Wanted: Occupational Therapists Who Want More Than Just Another Job
n
Multiple Locations Across Australia | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
n
Every week we speak to Occupational Therapists who tell us the same story.
n
"I'm spending more time ticking boxes than helping people."
n
"My KPIs keep increasing, but the support never does."
n
"Professional development sounds great... until I ask to attend it."
n
If that sounds familiar, keep reading.
n
We're partnering with a provider that believes Occupational Therapy should be exactly that... therapy.
n
Not endless meetings.
n
Not unrealistic billable targets.
n
Not feeling like another number on a spreadsheet.
n
Just quality therapy, genuine support, and the opportunity to become the best clinician you can be.
n
The Role
n
You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants to achieve meaningful goals in their homes and communities.
n
Your days will include:
n
n
- Functional capacity assessments that actually lead to positive outcomes.
n
- Assistive technology and home modification recommendations.
n
- Working closely with participants, families and support teams.
n
- Building independence instead of simply writing reports.
n
- Having the autonomy to manage your own diary while knowing support is only a phone call away.
n
n
Why You'll Actually Want This One
n
Leadership that remembers what it's like to be a clinician.
n
The people leading this organisation understand the challenges because they've lived them.
n
Professional development isn't just a brochure.
n
Regular mentoring, supervision and external learning opportunities are encouraged because investing in clinicians benefits everyone.
n
Quality over quantity.
n
The focus is on delivering great outcomes, not squeezing every possible minute into your calendar.
n
A genuinely supportive team.
n
Questions are welcomed. Ideas are heard. Wins are celebrated.
n
Flexibility that works both ways.
n
Because life doesn't stop when you become an Occupational Therapist.
n
Who We're Looking For
n
We're looking for Occupational Therapists who:
n
n
- Care about people before paperwork.
n
- Enjoy solving real-life problems.
n
- Build trust quickly with participants and families.
n
- Value collaboration over competition.
n
- Want to continue learning throughout their career.
n
- Believe ethical practice isn't optional.
n
n
Whether you're an experienced clinician or looking for the right organisation to continue your journey, we'd love to hear from you.
n
What You'll Need
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
n
- A current driver's licence and willingness to work in the community.
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain one).
n
- National Police Check.
n
- Working with Children Check where required.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
n
What This Isn't
n
Let's save everyone some time.
n
This isn't the organisation where you're expected to survive on pizza Fridays while your workload doubles.
n
This isn't the place where "support" means an annual performance review.
n
And this definitely isn't somewhere you'll be treated as a KPI instead of a clinician.
n
Why Make the Move?
n
Because the right workplace changes everything.
n
When you're trusted, supported and surrounded by people who genuinely care about both your qualified and personal growth, amazing things happen.
n
Participants receive better outcomes.
n
Clinicians stay longer.
n
Teams become stronger.
n
Everyone wins.
n
If you're ready for a role where your expertise is valued, your growth is encouraged, and your work genuinely changes lives, we'd love to have a confidential conversation.
