Trainee Service Advisor - Hoppers Crossing

Located in Hoppers Crossing, the Werribee and Western Automotive group is looking to for a trainee or inexperienced Service Advisor to join the team and grow within the industry.

n

Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every guest receives professional, friendly, and efficient service throughout their vehicle ownership journey.

About the Role

n

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Providing outstanding customer service at every interaction.
n
- Scheduling customer vehicle bookings, drop-offs, and collections efficiently.
n
- Maintaining clear and effective communication between customers and the workshop team.
n
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding vehicle servicing and repairs.
n
- Preparing accurate service documentation, processing invoices, and handling customer payments.
n
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering a consistently positive service experience.
n
- Working collaboratively with the Service team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
n
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have previous experience in the industry or in a similar customer-facing role.

- Be reliable, well organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.

- Demonstrate a stable employment history and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
