Mosconi is a small 80 seater restaurant, just off James Street in Fortitude Valley. With a fast paced kitchen we are looking for a Sous that has experience in:

- Day to day operations.

- Able to work nights and weekends

- Self motivated and professional

- Well presented and punctual
