What you'll be responsible for

n

This role sits within our Citation HR Implementations team and reports to our Senior Implementation Manager. Here's what your days will look like:

n

n
- Plan and project-manage client implementations end-to-end — scoping, configuration, testing and go-live — against agreed timeframes and budget
n
- Run efficient account set-up sessions with new clients, then progress to handling larger, more complex implementations as your confidence builds
n
- Configure the platform (and support migrations to our new platform) to meet each client's business and compliance requirements
n
- Build trusted client relationships through onboarding, surfacing risks early and ensuring the platform embeds into client processes
n
- Design and deliver training and webinars that build client confidence and capability in using the platform
n
- Coordinate with Sales, Product and Client Success, feeding learnings back to sharpen implementation estimates and processes
n

Who we're looking for

n

You're the kind of person who doesn't wait to be told what to do — you see a problem and get on with solving it. Beyond that, here's what will set you up for success in this role:

- Experience implementing software where migration was a significant part of the role
n
- Confident configuring and troubleshooting SaaS/HRIS platforms, with a structured,



process-driven approach
n
- Proficiency using Salesforce for implementation tracking and CRM
n
- A warm, approachable communicator who can explain things clearly to clients and colleagues alike
n
- SaaS experience, ideally within the HR space
n
