Canex has an opportunity for 10 x Full Time Hospitality and general Handypersons – Rockhampton and surrounding regions, Queensland The roles can vary and you could be tasked with:

- furniture removalist work
n
- cleaning, - general maintenance, - gardening and mowing,
n
- light general labouring
n

n

For this exciting role you must have a valuable level of physical fitness, as you are often on your feet and active for the majority of your shift.

Requirements:

n

- Ready and able to work long shifts (10+ hours a day)
n
- Be flexible in your approach to work
n
- A great attitude with your work
n
- Be neat in tidy
n
- Be able to work alone or part of a team
n
- Full training will provided. You will be required to work an average of 38 hours per week. The term of work will be from August 2026 to August 2027
n
- You will be paid either under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award [MA000009], the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award [MA000080],



General Retail Industry Award [MA000004] or the Restaurant Industry Award [MA000119] or Registered and Licensed Clubs Award [MA000058].
n
- The work will range in pay from an ordinary rate of Level 1 - 4 $33.04/hr up to $40+ hr
n
- Working hours will vary from anywhere from 6am to 11pm, 7 days per week.
n
- Overtime rates will be paid where applicable
n
- Upskilling & additional allowances may also be paid if you were trained in extra tasks.
