About Us Sublime Custom Cabinetry Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based custom joinery and cabinetry business. The company specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of high-end, bespoke cabinetry for both residential and commercial clients across the Northern Beaches and greater Sydney region.

About the role The Cabinet Maker constructs, assembles, and installs high-quality custom cabinetry and architectural joinery. The role requires working from detailed shop drawings to produce precise residential and commercial fit-outs.

The Cabinet Maker ensures all work meets the quality standards of Sublime Custom Cabinetry Pty Ltd. The role involves both workshop manufacturing and on-site installation. Duties and Responsibilities ?

n

Work from CAD drawings and cutting lists. ? Select, measure, cut, and shape timber, MDF, particleboard, laminates, and veneers. ? Safely operate workshop machinery including panel saws, edge banders, thicknessers, and CNC routers.

n

? Glue, fit, and clamp parts and sub-assemblies together to form complete units. ? Install hinges,



drawer runners, handles, and specialized joinery hardware. ? Sand surfaces, apply edge banding, and prepare products for final finishing or polishing.

? Protect client property and prepare the installation area. ? Securely install cabinetry, benchtops, and joinery items on site. ? Scribe filler panels and kickboards to fit uneven walls and floors perfectly.

? Identify and rectify any fitment issues or defects during the installation process. ? Remove all debris, offcuts, and packaging from the site upon completion. ? Perform routine maintenance on hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery.

Essential Skills ? A strong commitment to producing flawless, high-end finishes. ? Ability to work collaboratively with apprentices, tradespeople, and management.

? Capability to meet strict production deadlines without compromising quality. ? Physically fit Qualifications needed: ? Minimum Trade certificate qualification or equivalent relevant work experience ?
