About the Role

This casual position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a friendly, community focused environment. You will be based at our Point Cook clinic, acting as the welcoming face of the practice and supporting smooth day to day operations.

You'll play an important role in creating a caring and professional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

n

Availability is required on weekday afternoons,



with additional shifts available to cover leave or busy periods as needed. Key Responsibilities

- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
n
- Managing bookings, phone calls, and client enquiries
n
- Processing payments and daily takings
n
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and patient ready clinic environment
n
- Assisting with accounts and general administrative duties
n
- Laundering towels and preparing treatment rooms
n

n

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
n
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help
n
- High attention to detail and solid time management skills
n
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
n
- Previous administration or medical reception experience (preferred)
n
- Experience with practice management software is a bonus
n
