Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 190 commercial, industrial and retail assets
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Oversee lease administration, lease renewals and rent reviews
n
- Negotiate leases and manage tenancy fit‐outs and make‐good works
n
- Coordinate maintenance and oversee contractor performanceManage rental arrears, outgoing reconciliations and lease breaches
n
- Prepare client reports, budgets and capital expenditure forecasts
n
- Conduct regular property inspections
n
- Liaise with solicitors, valuers, insurers and leasing agents
n
- Drive portfolio performance and achieve operational KPIs
n

Additional Earning Potential

n

In addition to your salary package, you'll have the opportunity to earn circa $30,000 per year in commissions through:

- Leasing renewals
n
- Lease attendance and preparation fees
n
- Sales and leasing referrals
n
- New business generation
n

Bringing your realistic OTE up to approximately $170k.

What You'll Need

n

n
- Previous Commercial Property Management experience
n
- Current NSW Real Estate Licence
n
- Strong knowledge of commercial lease administration
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
